Requirements
- Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management operations and healthcare billing workflows.
- Experience working within RCM functions such as Billing, Accounts Receivable, Payment Posting, Cash Reconciliation, or Claims Management.
- Demonstrated experience developing SOPs, process documentation, training materials, or operational workflows.
- Proven experience training individuals or groups in systems, processes, or operational procedures.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to turn complex processes into clear, easy-to-follow instructions.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify workflow inefficiencies.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation standards.
- Ability to manage multiple documentation, training, and process-improvement initiatives simultaneously.
- Comfortable working directly with operational team members and leadership to gather information.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver structured training for RCM team members across Billing, Accounts Receivable, Payment Posting, and other functions.
- Lead training for new hires and provide ongoing education or refresher training for existing staff.
- Create and maintain standardized SOPs, process maps, checklists, and job aids for all RCM departments.
- Evaluate existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation or standardization.
- Partner with operational leadership to validate processes and support system implementations or enhancements.
- Serve as a subject matter resource for new RCM systems, ensuring seamless transitions through effective training and documentation.
