Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of commensurate experience.
- 3+ years of work experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering, or consulting.
- 2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools.
- 2+ years of experience with end-to-end project management.
- 2+ years of experience in designing and improving workflows, including standing up operating and technical procedures.
- 2+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Theory of Constraints.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects, including project plan creation and stakeholder engagement.
- Evaluate departmental performance by creating, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies based on performance analysis.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to formulate proactive program and communication strategies.
- Drive successful change management and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Mentor team members and promote professional development.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
