Requirements
- Experience recruiting and/or conducting interviews.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proven time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage a large volume of candidates simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a high-output, high-volume recruiting role.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume recruitment across multiple locations, departments, and job postings.
- Review and screen large volumes of applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct 55+ candidate screening interviews per week while maintaining evaluation standards.
- Perform structured first-round interviews using established hiring frameworks and scorecards.
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, statuses, and notes within the ATS.
- Proactively identify recruiting bottlenecks to improve hiring speed and efficiency.
