Requirements
- 5+ years shipping complex user-facing products in production (web + mobile ideal)
- Strong product instincts and user-centric mindset
- Deep TypeScript fundamentals, including component architecture, state management, and performance
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership of problems
- Pragmatic judgment regarding architecture versus shipping and learning
- Clear communication skills to articulate technical tradeoffs
Responsibilities
- Build and ship complex, user-facing features across web and mobile (Angular + Ionic)
- Own features end-to-end: dig into the problem, design the approach, ship fast, and iterate based on real usage
- Contribute to technical direction by advocating for better patterns, tooling, and developer experience
- Partner with product and design teams to define solutions
- Write clean, performant code at a high pace
- Raise the bar for the team through code reviews, technical input, and leading by example
