Requirements
- Proven experience with React/Preact and modern JavaScript/TypeScript in production-scale applications.
- Strong competency in state management (Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar).
- Ability to write modular, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Solid skillset in testing and debugging complex frontend applications.
- Deep interest or experience with P2P technologies or distributed systems.
- Comfort working in a remote, globally distributed team.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience with desktop application development (Electron, Tauri, or similar runtimes) (Preferred).
- Familiarity with video/audio APIs (WebRTC, media streams) and real-time communication (Preferred).
- Ability to optimize UI performance including rendering and memory management (Preferred).
- Experience building cross-platform applications (Preferred).
Responsibilities
- Deliver new features and bug fixes with a focus on reliability, performance, and user satisfaction.
- Maintain high codebase quality through consistent coding standards, code reviews, and automated testing.
- Design and develop responsive, high-performance UI and application state.
