Requirements
- Fully proficient in Spanish (Mexico).
- Strong understanding of English.
- Must be located in Mexico.
- Strong understanding of popular culture in Spanish (Mexico).
- Must be dedicated only to 'Search Quality rating program' and not other search or ads rating programs.
- Must not have current or previous experience with 'Ads quality rating'.
- Must be the only one in your household working as a 'Search Quality Rater'.
- Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent online research skills.
- Reliable computer system and internet connection.
- Reliable anti-virus software.
- Ability to follow instructions in English and comply with project conventions.
- Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
- Must pass learning modules and a quality test.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data on quality performance and produce statistical quality reports.
- Monitor rater progress and create related documentation.
- Complete internal assessments.
- Provide feedback on blind test ranges and queries.
- Support and educate raters on best practices and client expectations.
- Flag raters with behavioral concerns.
- Analyze root cause analysis (RCA) from resources and request clarifications.
- Participate in creating and reviewing training materials, newsletters, and webinars.
- Attend meetings with various stakeholders.
