Requirements
- 2+ years as a Director of Web or equivalent at an agency managing 500+ accounts.
- Direct experience unifying web delivery across two brands or logos into a single operating model.
- 6+ years in web design and development delivery, ideally in an agency or multi-client environment.
- Strong command of WordPress and modern build stacks.
- 2+ years leading other managers, not only individual specialists.
- Proven delivery/project management and QA discipline with experience managing vendor build teams to SLA.
- Proven change-management ability and experience standardizing multiple teams.
- Commercial literacy regarding delivery margin, utilization, and growth.
- Experience partnering with sales for pitches and proposals.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own web project standards, the design/dev operating model, and innovation for HIP and Neon Canvas.
- Own on-time launches, post-launch quality, and partner retention across both brands.
- Merge HIP and Neon Canvas's web ways of working into one operating model.
- Manage the function's P&L, including revenue, margin, pricing, packaging, utilization, and capacity.
- Lead AI enablement across web teams, tools, and workflows in alignment with company-wide AI direction.
- Run 1:1s with Team Leads for coaching and scorecard review while managing at-risk partner accounts.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs, budget, and compliance.
