Job Details

7+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years leading a full marketing function.
Direct experience owning marketing for the US market, including customer acquisition and demand generation.
Experience marketing to both B2B and B2C audiences simultaneously for the same product or brand.
Industry experience in construction, building materials, architecture, interior products, or high-consideration home goods.
Experience managing significant paid media budgets, ideally $1.5M+ annually.
Advanced full-funnel analytics experience including attribution, CAC, ROMI, and channel economics.
Strong experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, including pipeline structure and reporting.
Proven track record leading distributed marketing teams of 8+ people.
Fluent in English (C1+) with strong writing skills for US-facing communication.
Experience with digital customer journeys and e-commerce mechanics.

Define and strengthen positioning in the US premium market with consistent messaging across all channels.
Manage and allocate a $200K+ monthly media budget across paid search, paid social, SEO, and content.
Build full-funnel visibility and analytics from first touch through to closed revenue.
Partner with Sales leadership to define lead qualification criteria and improve the customer journey.
Lead a distributed marketing team, including hiring and managing specialists, contractors, and agencies.
Develop PR and media presence in architecture, interior design, and construction publications.
Establish clear marketing systems, processes, and quality standards that can scale with the business.
