Requirements

  • Experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success Engineering, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Experience working within a channel partner, reseller, or white-label business model.
  • Solid understanding of tiered SaaS support models (break-fix vs. professional services vs. managed services).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business stakeholder interests.
  • Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
  • Preferred: Experience with brand protection, anti-phishing, domain takedown, or digital risk protection products.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with digital-abuse vectors such as phishing, typosquatting, and social media/app-store impersonation.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of takedown execution processes (registrars, DMCA/UDRP, trust & safety teams).
  • Preferred: Experience working with API-driven, integration-heavy products.
  • Preferred: Experience working with Security Operations Center (SOC) or fraud/brand-security teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the Partner's support and account teams regarding the white-labeled product.
  • Navigate tiered support models to identify coverage levels for specific customer technical issues.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex technical needs beyond baseline support, including configuration and ongoing tuning.
  • Support onboarding and integrations, including conducting customer training on setup and maintenance.
  • Track and report recurring support themes to internal product, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Build collaborative relationships with Partner account managers and support engineers.
  • Serve as the dedicated technical resource for named enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Participate in customer calls as the product expert to unblock technical issues and drive product adoption.
  • Configure and tune monitoring and takedown workflows for enterprise customers.
