Requirements
- 2+ years previous work experience in a fast-paced volume-based environment.
- 2+ years strong quantitative or analytical skills focused on solving problems.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office capabilities or willingness to learn.
- Advanced Operations Certificate (Lean Six Sigma or similar) preferred.
- Previous project oversight experience preferred.
- Proficiency navigating and working in multi-system environment.
- Prior career practice relating to conflict management and providing feedback to others.
- Strong verbal and written communications, and interpersonal interactions.
Responsibilities
- Manage or escalate complex issues that are not solved using conventional workflows.
- Manage internal or external escalated transactions and communicate with appropriate parties for resolution mindful of service level agreements.
- Conduct workflow reviews and provide feedback to improve internal processes and department quality.
- Act as a point person for team members in other areas of the business to improve feedback loops and trend member issues.
- Support service ops reps through a variety of communication venues.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
