- Technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot common software, hardware, audio, and video issues.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional extended hours as required.
- Experience with webinar, virtual event, video conferencing, or live-streaming platforms.
- Proficiency with Windows, macOS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, media production, IT, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, administer, and deliver assigned webinars and virtual learning events in accordance with established procedures.
- Complete event setup, pre-production testing, and readiness checks to minimize operational issues.
- Monitor live events to identify, troubleshoot, or escalate technical and production problems.
- Provide technical support to presenters, learners, and other event participants.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email in a professional manner.
- Perform post-event activities including attendance processing, reporting, quality assurance, and documentation.
