Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing / Growth Marketing.
- Previous experience working in a Software, SaaS, or technology company.
- Strong hands-on experience in Paid Ads and Media Buying.
- Strong knowledge of SEO and organic growth strategies.
- Proven experience developing and executing content strategies.
- Strong experience in developing digital marketing and growth strategies.
- Experience managing and optimizing significant advertising budgets.
- Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Experience in B2B SaaS / B2B Software marketing.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads and B2B lead generation.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing and growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Act as a Media Buyer, managing budgets, targeting, campaign setup, optimization, and performance.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, rankings, traffic, and qualified leads.
- Lead the content strategy, including content planning, creation, distribution, and optimization across digital channels.
- Analyze campaign and funnel performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Build and optimize customer acquisition funnels and landing pages.
- Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, organic traffic, and lead quality.
- Conduct market, competitor, audience, and keyword research.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Design teams to ensure marketing activities support business growth.
