Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of professional experience working on US-based construction projects.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent baccalaureate-level education.
  • Strong understanding of residential construction processes, materials, and finishes.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications.
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional communication skills suitable for working with high-net-worth and high-expectation clients.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary communication link between management, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
  • Read, understand, and interpret construction blueprints, plans, specifications, and project documents.
  • Analyze and evaluate vendor estimates, proposals, and construction budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
  • Track project requirements, follow-ups, deliverables, and outstanding items.
  • Help ensure projects remain aligned with quality, schedule, budget, and client expectations.
  • Manage client communications with a strong focus on professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
  • Anticipate potential issues and proactively communicate solutions.
  • Support the delivery of high-end custom homes while maintaining rigorous quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, workflows, and communication systems.
