Requirements
- 2–3+ years of professional experience working on US-based construction projects.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent baccalaureate-level education.
- Strong understanding of residential construction processes, materials, and finishes.
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications.
- Fluent English, both written and verbal.
- Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
- Professional communication skills suitable for working with high-net-worth and high-expectation clients.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary communication link between management, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Read, understand, and interpret construction blueprints, plans, specifications, and project documents.
- Analyze and evaluate vendor estimates, proposals, and construction budgets.
- Coordinate with internal employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
- Track project requirements, follow-ups, deliverables, and outstanding items.
- Help ensure projects remain aligned with quality, schedule, budget, and client expectations.
- Manage client communications with a strong focus on professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
- Anticipate potential issues and proactively communicate solutions.
- Support the delivery of high-end custom homes while maintaining rigorous quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, workflows, and communication systems.
