Requirements
- 10+ years of related professional experience.
- Bachelor or higher degree in Data Science, Math, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data science supporting business functions.
- Strong people management experience with a track record of leading teams.
- Deep experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing.
- Deep understanding of product analytics metrics such as retention, conversion, engagement, and churn.
- Expertise in Python and/or SQL.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead a dedicated data science team to analyze business and product performance.
- Design and conduct experiments to inform product strategy.
- Contribute to product planning by developing features that address consumer pain points.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Data Engineers.
- Translate technical findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to analysts while driving individual projects.
