Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement, automation, and analytics.
- Proven experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX/M, and dashboard development.
- Hands-on experience with Jira configuration (automation rules, workflows, webhooks, and intake forms).
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data wrangling and automation scripting.
- Experience mapping broken processes, diagnosing root causes, and implementing improvements.
- Familiarity with internal audit, external audit, or compliance environments.
- Practical understanding of GenAI prompting, output evaluation, and quality guardrails.
- Experience working with technology teams to develop defensible process solutions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Map current-state workflows across ARC's SOX, IA, and ERM functions to identify manual effort and inefficiency.
- Lead process improvements to remove operational friction.
- Develop automation pipelines, CI/CD-enabled code repositories, and repeatable testing frameworks.
- Build Power BI dashboards and analytics pipelines using Python and SQL for real-time visibility.
- Configure Jira workflows, automation rules, and intake forms for traceability.
- Automate evidence summarization, narrative drafting, and control testing using GenAI with appropriate guardrails.
