Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement, automation, and analytics.
- Proficiency with Power BI including data modeling, DAX/M, and dashboard creation.
- Hands-on experience with Jira configuration (automation rules, workflows, webhooks, intake forms).
- Proficiency with Python and SQL for data wrangling, automation, and analytical scripting.
- Familiarity with internal audit, external audit, or compliance practices.
- Proven track record of mapping workflows, diagnosing root causes, and shipping process improvements.
- Practical approach to GenAI with knowledge of prompting, evaluation, and guardrails.
- Experience working alongside technology teams to develop defensible processes.
Responsibilities
- Map current-state workflows across ARC's SOX, IA, and ERM functions to identify and fix inefficiencies.
- Develop automation pipelines, CI/CD-enabled code repositories, and repeatable testing frameworks.
- Build Power BI dashboards and analytics pipelines (Python, SQL) for real-time visibility into risk posture.
- Configure Jira workflows, automation rules, and intake forms to standardize compliance processes.
- Translate control objectives into automated tests and monitoring rules (compliance-as-code).
- Implement GenAI solutions for evidence summarization, narrative drafting, and control testing with appropriate guardrails.
