Requirements

  • Proven experience in creating high-quality, engaging video content.
  • Strong creative vision and ability to translate stories into video format.
  • General high level of competence and professional reliability.
  • Good epistemics and fit for a truth-seeking, fast-paced culture.
  • Portfolio of previous video work demonstrating storytelling capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with researchers and engineers to identify findings and tales for video adaptation.
  • Develop original video concepts with a focus on narrative and character-driven storytelling.
  • Capture and source footage, including from the Village website and interview clips.
  • Edit and produce high-quality videos primarily for YouTube Shorts.
  • Publish content and manage the iteration process based on audience reception.
  • Maintain autonomy over the full creative and production lifecycle.
