Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, Agile delivery leadership, SDLC operations, product delivery, or systems delivery.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience facilitating Agile Release Train execution, PI Planning, and ART-level delivery governance.
- Demonstrated ability to coach leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and engineering teams in Lean-Agile behaviors.
- Proven experience managing complex risks, dependencies, impediments, and organizational constraints across multiple teams.
- Proficiency with Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, and Agile dashboards.
- Experience building metrics, playbooks, and reporting systems to improve delivery predictability.
- SAFe RTE certification is strongly preferred.
- Additional certifications such as SPC, SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, CSM, or CSPO valued.
Responsibilities
- Lead PI Planning readiness, PI Planning, ART Sync, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt, and related operating-cadence ceremonies.
- Lead planning and alignment across complex teams and related ARTs to ensure scope, capacity, and dependencies are visible.
- Coach Product Management, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, TPMs, Architects, and engineering leaders on Lean-Agile practices and role clarity.
- Identify, track, manage, and escalate systemic risks, dependencies, capacity constraints, and organizational impediments.
- Define and govern ART-level metrics, dashboards, flow insights, and operating standards to improve delivery transparency.
- Drive continuous improvement across teams to ensure action items are owned, prioritized, and embedded into future planning cycles.
