Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, lead nurturing, or appointment setting.
- Experience with email and text-message automation.
- Familiarity with CRM or EHR systems (AcuBliss preferred).
- Strong social media engagement and DM management skills.
- Excellent written English and professional communication skills.
- Comfortable working toward measurable goals and managing workflows independently.
- Reliable laptop or desktop computer with high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps).
- Noise-canceling headset and working webcam.
- Quiet and professional work environment.
- Ability to work 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM PDT, Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities
- Generate and nurture prospective patient leads.
- Respond to inquiries through email, text, and social media.
- Follow up consistently and schedule qualified appointments.
- Manage automated email and text follow-up sequences.
- Re-engage inactive patients and old leads.
- Manage social media comments and direct messages.
- Update lead information and activities in AcuBliss or other CRM/EHR systems.
- Track lead status and ensure no follow-up is missed.
- Provide administrative support related to lead management.
- Report on leads contacted, appointments booked, and conversion results.
