Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, engagement leadership, technical delivery, or cloud engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end client engagements including scope, governance, and risk management.
- Experience leading small technical teams or project pods with responsibility for coaching and capacity management.
- Strong understanding of multi-cloud environments, specifically AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Practical knowledge of cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, identity, networking, security, and data domains.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for turning technical findings into business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for senior executive interaction.
- Experience creating technical documentation and standardized consulting assets like templates and playbooks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in fast-paced client-facing environments.
- Curiosity about practical applications of AI to improve consulting delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own client engagements from kickoff through executive readout, serving as the primary customer contact.
- Establish success criteria, manage Statements of Work and change control, and maintain stakeholder alignment.
- Lead engagement governance through standups, status reporting, and risk escalation.
- Ensure quality and readiness of client-facing deliverables through peer reviews and consistent standards.
- Lead a 2–3 person pod, coordinating discovery, analysis, and delivery activities.
- Set goals for pod members, provide coaching and feedback, and manage staffing utilization.
- Lead technical discovery across AWS, Azure, and GCP, focusing on infrastructure, security, and data.
- Translate technical findings into prioritized recommendations and executive-ready roadmaps.
- Develop and improve reusable playbooks, methodologies, and delivery assets.
