Requirements
- 8+ years of experience across business transformation, enterprise systems, solution architecture, and AI enablement.
- Proven hands-on experience designing, configuring, building, and deploying enterprise technology solutions.
- Practical experience developing AI-enabled workflows, copilots, intelligent agents, or generative AI applications.
- Experience with enterprise business systems and low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics, or Salesforce.
- Strong experience designing and building API-based integrations including REST APIs, authentication, and data flows.
- Ability to bridge the gap between executive strategy and hands-on technical configuration and development.
- Experience designing human-and-AI workflows, prompts, and operational support models.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver cross-functional initiatives in enterprise or regulated environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or related field.
- Preferred: Experience in GxP, SOX, or similarly regulated environments.
- Preferred: Certifications in enterprise architecture, cloud, automation, or AI.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities and translate them into technical architectures and implementation plans.
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery from discovery through development, testing, deployment, and optimization.
- Design and configure enterprise AI workflows, copilots, intelligent agents, and retrieval-augmented applications.
- Build and troubleshoot API-based integrations across ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms.
- Establish reusable technical patterns, responsible AI practices, and documentation standards.
- Communicate architecture strategies and project outcomes to executive, business, and technical audiences.
- Mentor architects and technical teams through design sessions, pairing, and hands-on problem solving.
