Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- 2+ years building on Amazon Connect or comparable CCaaS platforms at enterprise scale.
- Strong hands-on skills with Amazon Connect (contact flows, routing, Cases, Contact Lens, Streams API).
- Experience with conversational and generative AI (Amazon Lex, Amazon Bedrock, LLMs, prompt engineering).
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, JavaScript, and React.
- Solid AWS serverless engineering (Lambda, EventBridge, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Step Functions).
- Infrastructure as Code experience with AWS CDK or Terraform.
- Knowledge of RAG concepts and LLMOps.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability tools.
- Strong communication skills for client-facing technical leadership and demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and technical delivery of Amazon Connect and AI agent solutions end to end.
- Build AI-native self-service using Amazon Connect, Amazon Q in Connect, and Amazon Bedrock.
- Lead a 5–10 person team of BAs, engineers, and architects to deliver solutions.
- Own solution delivery planning, risk management, and technical escalations for clients.
- Mentor team members and contribute reusable assets to the practice, such as CDK constructs.
- Collaborate with customers to pair on integrations, conduct workshops, and provide pre-sales support.
