Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably managing software implementation, digital transformation, RPA, AI, or automation projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience managing projects end to end including planning, scheduling, scope, budget, risks, and governance.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Exposure to RPA, Intelligent Automation, AI, Generative AI, or digital transformation projects.
- Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Microsoft Power Automate is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of APIs, SQL, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, or Asana.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience working with global customers and managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong client-facing communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PSM, or PMI-ACP are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects through the complete lifecycle, from initiation and planning through delivery, deployment, hypercare, and closure.
- Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, roadmaps, and resource requirements.
- Serve as the primary client contact, leading kick-offs, status meetings, steering committees, and escalation management.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including solution architects, developers, business analysts, and QA professionals.
- Monitor project health, KPIs, dependencies, and risks, maintaining RAID logs and implementing mitigation plans.
- Manage project budgets, effort utilization, burn rates, forecasts, and scope adjustments.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, support UAT, production deployment, and hypercare activities.
