Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for DTC or e-commerce brands.
- Demonstrated experience scaling paid media spend profitably, ideally with £30k+ in monthly ad spend.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce unit economics, including CAC, LTV, MER, contribution margin, and ROAS.
- Experience developing creative briefs and collaborating effectively with designers, video editors, and other creative specialists.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into clear decisions and actionable optimisation strategies.
- Commercial mindset with an understanding of how paid acquisition contributes to overall profitability and customer lifetime value.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain marketing performance and strategy clearly to non-specialist stakeholders.
- English proficiency sufficient for professional communication and written applications.
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of Meta Ads, including campaign creation, testing, daily optimisation, scaling, and performance management.
- Test and develop additional paid acquisition channels, including TikTok, Google, and YouTube.
- Develop creative strategies and briefs in collaboration with designers and video editors to produce compelling, conversion-focused advertising.
- Optimise landing pages and customer acquisition funnels to improve conversion rates and overall marketing efficiency.
- Manage budget allocation and forecasting across paid media channels, ensuring investment is aligned with profitable growth objectives.
- Monitor campaign and business performance, providing weekly reporting, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Analyse customer acquisition performance through metrics such as CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, and contribution margin.
- Build scalable marketing processes, systems, and ways of working as the wider marketing function grows.
- Work directly with senior leadership to shape paid acquisition strategy and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
