Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally with consumer-facing products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
- Proven track record of managing ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize messy signals into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to calibrate context for cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, design, and analytics.
- Must maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours for engineering coordination.
- Strong first-principles thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Impeccable attention to detail and follow-through.
- Residency in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.
Responsibilities
- Map user journeys through structured product walkthroughs to identify friction points.
- Monitor user feedback from reviews, support tickets, and research to generate actionable insights.
- Drive bug triage and resolution in partnership with engineering.
- Deliver end-to-end product initiatives, including new feature launches and landing pages.
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize funnel performance.
- Collaborate with Design and Engineering to ship user-centric product experiences.
- Translate ambiguous customer problems into clear hypotheses and technical requirements.
