- 1-3 years for Level II; 3+ years for Senior
Requirements
- Clinical experience as a Scrub Tech, X-Ray Tech, RN, BSN, or Laser Tech.
- Experience in surgical technique and sterile procedures in the operating room.
- Valid US driver's license.
- Ability to travel by car up to 90%.
- Compliance with relevant county, state, and federal rules regarding vaccinations.
- For CS II: 1-3 years industry experience or mobile litho provider experience.
- For Senior CS: 3+ years full-time industry experience and intraoperative coaching experience.
- Knowledge of perioperative surgical technology and hospital policies.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment according to standard procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical case coverage as assigned.
- Train surgical teams on instrument preparation and safe/effective device usage.
- Perform intra-operative clinical product support.
- Maintain and prepare equipment and kits, including Quality Control audits.
- Reconcile inventory and usage across accounts.
- Support physician training and sales training programs.
- Partner with Territory Sales Managers on account set up and clinical outcomes.
