Requirements
- 4+ years of email marketing experience (agency experience strongly preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Klaviyo experience.
- Proven experience leading and executing strategy for an e-commerce brand.
- Familiarity with marketing automation technologies such as Marketo, MailChimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot, or Braze.
- Experience in client engagements involving marketing automation, email marketing, or lead generation.
- Proficiency in business analytics and producing data-driven insights and reports.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- SMS experience in platforms like Sakari and Attentive is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced, integrated agency team environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute client lifecycle marketing plans proactively to meet schedule, performance, and budget goals.
- Review monthly performance reports to highlight wins, areas of improvement, and recommendations.
- Manage all elements of email marketing initiatives including strategies, programs, and calendars.
- Create and implement email marketing calendars integrated with other marketing initiatives.
- Own client relationships to determine campaign vision and ensure execution.
- Ensure timely and successful deployment of targeted email campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Services, Web, Paid Search, and Paid Social teams.
