Requirements
- Proven experience in project, product, service, or platform management within software engineering or developer productivity environments.
- Strong understanding of AI-assisted software development tools, especially GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
- Experience driving enterprise-scale technology rollouts, adoption programs, and change management initiatives.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle practices, engineering governance, and modern delivery methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Procurement.
- Ability to analyze tool usage, licensing, adoption metrics, costs, and business value.
- Understanding of AI, LLMs, and agentic software engineering concepts.
- Experience preparing training materials and facilitating workshops.
- Familiarity with enterprise governance, compliance, security, and vendor management.
- Excellent English communication (C1 level).
- Candidate located in Poland or other EU country.
Responsibilities
- Own and coordinate AI-assisted software development platforms, including GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
- Lead platform rollout and adoption, define onboarding processes, and drive user satisfaction.
- Manage enterprise deployment, including license allocation, utilization tracking, and governance.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, procurement, and infrastructure teams to improve service delivery.
- Establish and manage cost allocation processes, chargeback models, and budgeting forecasts.
- Create training materials, conduct workshops, and promote AI-assisted development best practices.
- Evaluate emerging AI engineering solutions through proofs-of-concept and business cases.
- Coach development teams on maximizing productivity while maintaining code quality and security.
