Responsibilities

- Clarify scope, surface risks early, and manage project dependencies.
- Protect team focus and create necessary decision paths to ensure project success.
- Embed deeply in the project to anticipate problems and reduce last-minute churn.
- Help the team navigate project pressure with clarity and momentum.
