Requirements
- Portfolio of product content work with at least two examples showing problem, reasoning, and shipped results.
- Experience working on complex products at scale.
- Ability to take content-led features from problem to shipped without a product designer.
- Proficiency in Figma or building with agentic tools.
- Proven experience building a standard, system, or set of guidelines that were actually utilized.
- Ability to provide actionable, constructive feedback to non-designers and peers.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience in startup or small team environments is a plus.
- Experience shaping AI tools or writing for conversational interfaces is a plus.
- Experience writing across product, marketing, and support channels is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define product voice, terminology, and patterns for repetitive moments like prompts, errors, and settings.
- Embed standards into design systems, components, and internal agents to ensure consistent quality.
- Review writing across the company to improve overall team judgment and content quality.
- Own content strategy, shaping product direction from the problem definition stage.
- Ship content-led features end to end, including feature onboarding and in-product education.
- Act as the design DRI, scoping and designing in Figma or using agentic tools through to implementation.
- Partner with Marketing and CX to align messaging across the entire user lifecycle.
