Requirements
- 5+ years experience with the Salesforce application in a technical and/or functional role.
- 4+ years of development experience with Salesforce (Apex, Lightning Components, Force.com APIs and Web Services).
- 5+ years of experience in general technical development and support.
- Experience working with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Experience working with GTM and Sales teams.
- Proven ability to integrate multiple SAAS systems with Salesforce using integration applications and custom integrations (REST, SOAP APIs).
- Deep familiarity with the Salesforce security model and platform governor limits.
- Experience with Agile tools and methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Partner and consult with business stakeholders to identify and define requirements, design and build complex, performant business-critical solutions.
- Configure and optimize core Service Cloud features, including Omni-Channel, Lightning Service Console, Case Management, Entitlements, Milestones, and Salesforce Knowledge.
- Architect and build robust, highly scalable integrations between Salesforce and complex third-party enterprise systems.
- Develop and execute integration strategies to connect Salesforce with various systems, applications, and data sources.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, improve performance, and enhance the overall user experience.
