Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in a senior production role at a creative agency, design studio, or similar environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design, digital, and spatial projects.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional collaborations.
- Experience managing projects to established budget and scope.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Excel, Airtable, Notion).
- Familiarity with design software like Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
- Experience with internal documentation, Scope of Works, and external client communications.
- Knowledge of Agile project management practices.
- Ability to travel for site visits, activations, and client workshops.
- Affinity for youth culture, fashion, sport, and design.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for creative campaigns, design projects, digital experiences, and branding initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and setting clear expectations.
- Manage and mentor junior producers and cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and strategists.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Oversee the quality of final products to ensure creative vision is upheld and client standards are met.
- Address and resolve project roadblocks and issues quickly.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders regarding project status and deliverables.
