SalaryThe baseline compensation for this role is $130,525, which would be distributed as a base salary of $113,500 and an unconditional 401(k) grant of $17,025 for U.S. hires.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of technical business immigration experience, especially managing H-1B and green card cases.
- Strong working knowledge of the PERM process, I-140 petitions, and adjustment of status applications.
- Strong written communication skills for managing high-volume email correspondence.
- Demonstrated reliability and prioritization judgment for handling urgent requests.
- Genuine care for Coefficient Giving's mission and alignment with operating values.
- Familiarity with O-1 petitions and EB-1 green card cases is preferred.
- Experience in a fast-moving, high-bar environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in a way consistent with ownership, openness, calibration, and inclusiveness.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a large number of open items.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day U.S. immigration casework for current and future employees across nonimmigrant visas and green card processes.
- Outline case factors for staff and candidates and coordinate information gathering.
- Work with external immigration counsel to develop case strategies and track progress.
- Manage the employee experience throughout the visa and green card process.
- Identify and collaborate on process improvements and keep documentation and policies up to date.
- Ensure a smooth handoff between recruitment and onboarding for employees requiring a visa.
- Field immigration inquiries and travel-related questions.
- Scope and execute project work to improve the immigration function as it grows.
