Requirements
- Proven experience managing software or technology projects end to end.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
- Comfort working in a client-facing consulting environment.
- Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and drive delivery of technology projects from kickoff through close.
- Define scope, timelines, milestones, and budgets in partnership with clients and delivery teams.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and change, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, planning, retrospectives) as appropriate.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the engagement.
- Track progress, remove blockers, and report status to leadership and clients.
- Ensure quality delivery that stays aligned with business goals.
