Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of total professional experience
- 5+ years of experience managing technology service delivery projects
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within a client services organization
- 3+ years of experience in Agile Software Development
- Working knowledge of Federal Contract execution
- Demonstrated experience selling in a client services environment
- Ability to lead and resolve conflict
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of program performance, including technical, contractual, administrative, and financial coordination.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted partner and strategic advisor.
- Manage planned contract revenue, billable utilization, and gross profit achievement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate scope, timeline, and budget changes.
- Lead and mentor direct reports, including managing hiring, performance, and team development.
- Identify program risks and implement mitigation strategies in a timely manner.
- Partner with technical and growth leaders to drive organic and new business growth.
- Manage contractual obligations and oversee subcontracting partners.
