Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 20+ years of senior management experience overseeing large-scale, multi-task programs or projects in regulated environments.
  • 15+ years of experience working with CMS programs, ACA risk adjustment operations, RADV, and audit processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Python, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary technical and administrative teams.
  • Strong track record of working with senior leaders and complex stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to identify risks, resolve complex issues, and make decisions in high-visibility environments.
  • Ability to obtain the required Public Trust clearance.
  • Must have lived in the United States for at least 3 of the past 5 years.
  • Experience with Salesforce and AWS (preferred).
  • PMP certification (preferred).
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Own overall program and contract performance, including strategy, execution, compliance, quality, resource allocation, and delivery.
  • Direct multidisciplinary functions including PMO, security, infrastructure, help desk, data, business analysis, testing, and vendor management.
  • Develop forward-looking strategies, roadmaps, and operational improvements that strengthen program maturity and scalability.
  • Serve as the primary senior liaison with CMS to manage priorities, negotiate requirements, and resolve issues.
  • Oversee budgets, resource utilization, billing, and financial operations while ensuring compliance.
  • Supervise technical and administrative professionals and managers to establish performance expectations and standards.
  • Monitor vendor and subcontractor performance to ensure quality and alignment with contractual requirements.
  • Leverage data operations, including Salesforce and AWS integrations, to improve program performance and mitigate risks.
