Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Master’s, MS, MA, or MBA preferred).
- 12+ years of overall professional experience with 10+ years in drug development/commercial environments (if holding Bachelor's).
- 8+ years of overall professional experience with 6+ years in drug development/commercial environments (if holding Master's).
- Demonstrated experience leading complex programs, portfolios, or cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, milestone management, risk management, and budget governance.
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and drive outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the program management team supporting oncology clinical development lifecycle management.
- Develop and drive global product development strategies, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Establish effective processes for team management, communication, governance, and strategic decision-making.
- Plan and execute projects in accordance with global clinical development strategies.
- Facilitate alignment among key stakeholders and maintain effective communication.
- Develop, validate, and maintain integrated project schedules, tracking milestones and dependencies.
- Implement strong project and risk management practices to identify issues early.
- Manage oncology project budget governance and oversight.
- Lead process improvement initiatives focused on reporting, dashboards, and operational efficiency.
