Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Master’s, MS, MA, or MBA preferred).
  • 12+ years of overall professional experience with 10+ years in drug development/commercial environments (if holding Bachelor's).
  • 8+ years of overall professional experience with 6+ years in drug development/commercial environments (if holding Master's).
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex programs, portfolios, or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, milestone management, risk management, and budget governance.
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and drive outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the program management team supporting oncology clinical development lifecycle management.
  • Develop and drive global product development strategies, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Establish effective processes for team management, communication, governance, and strategic decision-making.
  • Plan and execute projects in accordance with global clinical development strategies.
  • Facilitate alignment among key stakeholders and maintain effective communication.
  • Develop, validate, and maintain integrated project schedules, tracking milestones and dependencies.
  • Implement strong project and risk management practices to identify issues early.
  • Manage oncology project budget governance and oversight.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives focused on reporting, dashboards, and operational efficiency.
