Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a related discipline.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Finance, or Corporate Development.
- Strong finance or accounting background focused on analysis and decision support.
- Proven project/program management experience with M&A-related initiatives.
- Experience managing complex projects with fluid, shifting timelines and competing priorities.
- Experience with project estimating, scheduling, tracking, implementation planning, and risk management.
- Experience delivering technology and business application solutions within large-scale, multi-platform environments.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders across organizational levels.
- Strong ability to assess risk and apply program management principles to technology applications, products, and business functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex finance transformation and corporate development programs across established cross-functional workstreams.
- Drive program planning, execution, and delivery while managing scope, quality, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks.
- Partner with finance, corporate development, business, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, support analysis, and drive informed decision-making.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, issues, risks, and contingency plans across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and cross-functional partners to ensure workstreams progress efficiently and meet program objectives.
- Provide clear program status updates, executive-level communications, and decision-support materials to stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities proactively, confirming requirements and timelines explicitly while keeping critical initiatives moving forward.
