Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a track record of designing, deploying, and operating software in production.
- Strong ability to refactor unorganized scripts, legacy code, or early-stage prototypes into maintainable production systems.
- Deep expertise in Python (FastAPI preferred) and modern TypeScript/JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js or React).
- Hands-on experience building, scaling, and managing workloads on AWS infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform/CDK).
- Production experience with LangChain, LangGraph, agent orchestration, tool integration, RAG, and error recovery in non-deterministic AI systems.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), Docker/Kubernetes, and modern AI developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf).
- High degree of autonomy and ownership to deliver without dedicated QA, DevOps, or SRE support.
- Deep knowledge of distributed systems, database design (relational and NoSQL), design patterns, and enterprise security standards.
Responsibilities
- Transform CTO Office proofs of concept, scripts, and experimental solutions into scalable, production-ready applications.
- Own projects end-to-end — from initial discovery and system architecture to deployment, ongoing support, and iterative improvements.
- Collaborate directly with the CTO Office, FinOps, operations, sales, and pre-sales stakeholders to translate loosely defined business needs into concrete technical designs.
- Build responsive frontends, robust Python backends, APIs, system integrations, and automated workflows using AWS serverless and containerized services.
- Build agentic systems using LangChain and LangGraph, covering RAG, tool calling, multi-agent orchestration, custom MCP servers, and reusable internal AI capabilities.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, write infrastructure as code, implement automated testing, and set up comprehensive logging, monitoring (CloudWatch/ELK), and failure recovery.
- Securely manage authentication (OAuth 2.0/SAML/JWT), secret storage, certificates, and strict access controls.
- Define pragmatic development guidelines, document systems clearly, and transparently communicate risks and trade-offs.
