Requirements
- 8+ years of Project Management experience
- 4+ years of Healthcare domain experience
- 3+ years executing Cloud Projects
- Experience with at least 2 AI projects
- Scrum Master Certification
- Proven experience in agile delivery for technical projects
- Understanding of Microsoft Azure services
- Familiarity with AI operationalization (LLMs, agents)
- Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams
- Experience managing collaboration between internal teams and external vendors
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end management of the project lifecycle, including meticulous scoping, scheduling, risk management, and change analysis.
- Transition AI prototypes into production-ready applications.
- Oversee platform enablement on Microsoft Azure and support the procurement and integration of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Coordinate with multiple vendors to ensure seamless delivery of development and QA workstreams.
- Lead and mentor junior offshore development leads and functional teams.
- Manage project budgets and clarity records to ensure alignment between funding and timelines.
