Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
  • Experience in program management, project controls, planning, or scheduling.
  • Experience developing and managing complex, large-scale project schedules.
  • Experience managing hyperscale Data Centre programs across multiple regions, business units, or large portfolios.
  • Advanced expertise in Primavera P6 EPPM (planning, scheduling, and governance).
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and technical writing skills with experience presenting to senior leadership / Director level.
  • Experience developing and implementing processes, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience delivering training and onboarding programs for technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support global planning initiatives that improve schedule quality, governance, predictability, and consistency across EPC Project Controls programs.
  • Partner with Central Project Controls Estimating, Cost, Risk, regional planning leadership, and cross-functional teams to align global strategy with regional execution needs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Primavera P6 EPPM and integrated master schedule best practices.
  • Support the development of Plan of Record and Integrated Master Schedules, validate durations, drive bottom-up planning, and strengthen schedule integration and portfolio performance analysis.
  • Work closely with the Reporting and Analytics Team to develop enhanced reporting solutions and translate complex schedule data into leadership insights.
  • Develop documentation for schedule strategy, contribute to Schedule Risk Analysis, and lead change management for planning initiatives.
  • Present strategic insights and program updates to Director-level stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to leadership.
