Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, or data fields.
- 5+ years of program or portfolio management experience with large, multi-million-dollar technology programs.
- Proven track record of taking AI, data, analytics, or LLM-powered solutions from conceptualization to production.
- Hands-on technical background in software engineering or data science.
- Proficiency in technologies such as Python, Java, and modern AI systems.
- Strong understanding of the LLM lifecycle including development, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Ability to read and review code and provide informed technical input on architecture and design.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills for C-level interaction.
- Deep understanding of responsible AI principles like privacy and bias mitigation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor cross-functional, high-performing teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully distributed, international environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, governance, and success metrics for complex AI programs.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple AI and technology initiatives, including LLM-powered products, intelligent automation, and analytics.
- Translate ambiguous business challenges into clearly defined technical workstreams, architectures, and delivery plans.
- Establish effective program governance, including operating cadences, steering committees, and executive reporting.
- Lead solution design reviews and provide technical oversight to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and secure.
- Embed responsible and ethical AI principles, including data privacy, bias mitigation, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams including program managers, data scientists, and engineers.
