Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on engineering experience in networking, infrastructure, systems, or cloud engineering.
- Proven experience in migrating Microsoft Windows VMs and SQL Server databases to Azure.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, compute, storage, and networking.
- Leadership experience in large-scale data center migration programs.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (B1 level).
Responsibilities
- Deliver the full migration of private data center workloads, including Microsoft Windows VMs and Microsoft SQL Server databases into Azure.
- Drive delivery across all infrastructure streams, covering networks, firewalls, storage, and Azure landing zones.
- Coordinate technical teams, architects, Agile squads, and product owners to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Maintain execution momentum, remove blockers, and ensure team productivity.
- Provide leadership, ownership, and hands-on direction throughout the program life cycle.
- Participate in technical discussions on network configurations and migration strategies.
- Manage migration waves and workload sequencing while ensuring operational readiness.
- Align project goals with business objectives through effective stakeholder management.
