Requirements
- 5+ years in a product design role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Fluent in AI tooling for customer discovery, problem definition, and prototyping.
- Strong research, storytelling, mapping, and blueprinting skills.
- Strong visual and interface design experience with complex functional systems.
- Highly proficient in Figma, especially auto-layout.
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Proven self-prioritisation and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Vibe-coding experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from discovery to delivery, including post-launch analysis.
- Use AI tools for research synthesis, ideation, writing, and prototyping.
- Build interactive, functional prototypes for early user testing.
- Combine qualitative and quantitative evidence to guide design decisions.
- Facilitate workshops and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Contribute to and maintain the design system.
