- High design taste and strong visual judgment
- Confidence operating independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- High ownership and strong decision-making ability
- Comfortable working with NSFW product experiences
- Mandatory: Professional portfolio containing case studies and real shipped work
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design across multiple product areas from concept through delivery
- Translate complex product and technical challenges into intuitive, high-quality user experiences
- Balance speed, experimentation, and craft across fast-moving initiatives
- Design for engagement, retention, monetisation, and conversion at scale
- Create and iterate on visual content (image + video) to support product exploration, in-product experiences, and marketing/growth surfaces
- Contribute original product ideas and creative concepts
- Communicate design reasoning clearly and collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Leadership
