Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design across multiple product areas from concept through delivery.
- Translate complex product and technical challenges into intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
- Balance speed, experimentation, and craft across fast-moving initiatives.
- Design for engagement, retention, monetisation, and conversion at scale.
- Create and iterate on visual content (image + video) to support product exploration and marketing.
- Contribute original product ideas and creative concepts through proactive exploration.
- Operate closely with engineering constraints and implementation realities.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, design leads, and leadership.
