Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years developing eForms or workflow solutions (e.g., Google Forms, Adobe Forms, DocuSign Workflow, or similar drag-and-drop tools).
- Experience with SQL database lookups, metadata configuration, and data validation rules.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Preferred: 2+ years developing workflows and forms using Laserfiche Workflow, Forms, and Business Process modules.
- Preferred: Proficiency with Laserfiche Administration Console, Template and Field Management, and Security Configuration.
- Preferred: Laserfiche Certified Professional (LCP) or equivalent certification.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Laserfiche SDK, C#, or JavaScript for advanced automation and integrations.
- Preferred: Experience with IIS and Microsoft Entra ID integration.
- Preferred: Background in regulated industries (government, education, healthcare, or finance).
- Preferred: Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Laserfiche Workflows, Business Processes, and eForms to improve efficiency.
- Configure process logic, routing rules, and automation tasks in Workflow Designer.
- Integrate Laserfiche with external systems and databases using lookups, web services, or custom scripts.
- Test, debug, and deploy workflows ensuring compliance with business and security standards.
- Configure and maintain templates, metadata, and folder structures for document management.
- Manage folder-level security, permissions, and retention policies.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Laserfiche solutions.
- Document workflows, data mappings, and configuration changes.
- Train and support end users on workflows, forms, and repository use.
