Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience and in-depth knowledge with system/board/engineering solutions and electronic components.
- Breadth of knowledge of electronic components.
- Experience with design engineering.
- Intermediate-to-advanced level experience using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to quickly become competent on CRM and Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Power BI).
- Typically requires a 4-year degree (engineering preferred).
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Ability to solve complex problems using new perspectives.
- Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested.
- Regular travel to customer sites in the Maryland/Virginia area required.
Responsibilities
- Spend a majority of time in front of customers to influence component selection.
- Utilize technical leadership expertise to champion return on engineering investment.
- Manage supplier and customer expectations and build relationships.
- Drive demand creation by maximizing Arrow content on designs.
- Identify solutions and resolutions to customer design needs and issues.
- Monitor performance metrics to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
- Present technical seminars and workshops around supplier lines.
- Partner with the sales team on pre- and post-sales activities.
- Attend strategic branch meetings, QBR, and supplier trainings.
