Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience using PropertyTree and/or Vault CRM in a real estate setting.
- Familiarity with Australian real estate terminology, listing formats, and buyer journey concepts.
- High typing speed with meticulous accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written English comprehension to parse listing copy and buyer feedback.
- Process-driven with the ability to manage repetitive tasks with high concentration.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Dedicated quiet remote workstation.
- Dual-monitor setup recommended.
Responsibilities
- Create, update, and manage property listing records across PropertyTree and Vault CRM platforms.
- Upload property features, images, floor plans, descriptions, and pricing structures.
- Input and categorize new buyer leads, attendees, and prospective tenant profiles daily.
- Assist with property profile, owner, and tenant record setup in PropertyTree.
- Log tenancy agreements, lease terms, rent schedules, and inspection data.
- Update pipeline statuses and match buyer profiles to new listings.
- Perform database audits to ensure 100% data integrity and consistency.
