Requirements
- Proven experience supporting or managing Amazon Seller Central and FBA operations
- Strong hands-on experience with inventory forecasting, replenishment planning, and stock management
- Experience coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, freight forwarders, 3PLs, and/or inspection providers
- Experience creating and managing Amazon FBA shipments, including labels, documentation, and shipment monitoring
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon listings, variations, catalogue updates, and Seller Support cases
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and/or Claude for research, analysis, reporting, and documentation
- Proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day marketplace and fulfillment operations across Australia, US, and Canada
- Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and plan replenishment to prevent stockouts
- Communicate with suppliers, track production timelines, and follow up on orders
- Create and manage POs, maintain inventory accuracy, and track inbound stock
- Coordinate freight forwarders, inspections, 3PLs, and international shipments
- Create shipments, prepare labels and documentation, and monitor delivery to Amazon
- Handle listings, variations, images, videos, A+ Content, and storefront updates
- Manage Seller Support cases and troubleshoot catalogue, listing, and inventory issues
- Use ChatGPT and Claude for research, analysis, reporting, documentation, and process improvement
